Yoga Terms & Conditions
We are pleased to be able to offer you in studio yoga classes inside our beautiful studio. When you purchase a class pass or monthly contract you are supporting our small business. In order to ensure that everyone gets a fair deal, please make yourself familiar with our terms and conditions below.
- All passes purchased are for the individual who purchased them to use and are non-transferable to others.
- Passes and bundles expire after 6 months. Do not ask us to extend them unless the studio is forced to close.
- Passes and contracts may not be exchanged for other services.
- Please make your purchases online through our website or MINDBODY app. You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase which you can use as a reference.
- By purchasing a monthly contract, you are agreeing to pay a recurrent monthly payment unless you cancel the contract before the renewal date.
- Monthly contract passes are not transferable to other users.
- When taking a class at the studio, clients are required to follow our Coronavirus guidelines. If these guidelines are consistently breached, attendance will be denied.
- Stay Well Health reserves the right to deny services to any user without notice. (In compliance with UK law).
- Online users should make sure that they have adequate bandwidth and equipment to stream our online classes. Stay Well Health will not offer refunds if this is not the case.
- All persons participating in yoga either at Stay Well Health studio or online are responsible for their own health and safety.
- All persons participating in yoga through Stay Well Health are responsible for providing their own equipment.
- All workshops and special events are non-refundable
