The medical massages we offer at Stay Well Health is used for relieving pain from tight muscles, muscle adhesions, pinched nerves and increasing blood flow to particular areas of the body which are deficient. Our practitioner is highly trained and uses many techniques such as:

- Tui na techniques
All of these are integral parts of traditional Chinese medicine. Many of these treatments are performed using the hands along with and special cups (made from Glass, Bamboo, Earthenware, or Silicone) on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. These cups are used for helping with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.
We also use a variety of massage oils of differing strength to treat conditions appropriately, and you should be aware that you may be asked to remove some clothing for your massage, depending on the location of the area being treated. Your practitioner will talk through the process with you beforehand.
